Butterfly Effects is hiring for LPA/LP in North Carolina!


POSITION OVERVIEW:  As a member of the Butterfly Effects' Interdisciplinary Team, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LPA/LP applies his or her education, skills, experience, passion, and compassion to provide for the overall direction and coordination of ABA therapy for our clients in the setting of their choice. The BCBA or LPA/LP partners with the client / family unit to develop treatment plans, training, opportunities in the school, home, and community setting to advance the goals prioritized by the family and team. The BCBA or LPA/LP collaborates with the Registered Behavior Technician to plan, coordinate, and provide for services to exceed the expectations of the client / family unit, while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the Company.  As a Licensed professional, in addition to the BCBA roles above, you will participate in the supervision of BCBAs to meet the regulatory requirements of the State of North Carolina.



  • Ensure compliance with the Psychology Practice Act
  • Provide Clinical Supervision over BCBAs/BCaBAs in North Carolina
  • Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions
  • Appropriate submission of billing time sheets and service notes

  • PhD or Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology  
  • Active NC Licensure as either an LPA or LP
  • 3-5 years' experience in developing programs for children with Autism
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification is preferred
