EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: ABA THERAPY PROGRAM 

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Administrator organizes and directs the day-to-day operations and is responsible for ensuring that the objectives of the ABA Therapy operation are successfully met, while securing the cultural foundation of service excellence.  An effective Administrator will manage a team of office and field personnel, from referrals to scheduling, operations to billing.  In addition, the Administrator must possess the skills and experience to provide leadership to evolve a well-organized, forward thinking, inspired operation to greatness in the industry.  Our Common Purpose drives a collaborative environment focused on opportunities for children with Autism.  The position of Administrator is critical to advancing the team member and client / family experience and to building greater access to quality ABA Therapy services. 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Responsible for overall clinical and financial operations
  • Manages referrals, marketing and business development plan for northern California to advance access to services
  • Analyzes business data, outcomes, and trends to formally report on performance and leverage opportunities for growth and advancement of the operation
  • Provides for coaching and guidance to ensure performance management objectives
  • Interprets and implements policies, as directed by parent company
  • Plans, coordinates, directs and controls the operations of the branches in cooperation with the corporate team
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements through engagement in state associations, etc. 
  • Models an exceptional service culture to ensure enhanced Company Shared Values are demonstrated to all internal and external customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years operations management experience, health care preferred
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in health care, business, marketing or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience working with California-based health systems and payers preferred
  • Well-rounded managerial, leadership, and financial management experience
  • Demonstrates ability to manage remote team members and establish cooperative working relationships
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits advanced problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity in working within a national, corporate structure preferred
  • Technical aptitude with above average skills in MS Office
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills

 

Butterfly Effects offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including major medical, vision, dental, supplemental insurance programs, and a 401K.  This position will be based in Pleasanton, CA. Travel to all branch offices in Northern California required monthly.
