The Client Services/ Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of Butterfly Effects' Client Services efforts, including client communication / intake , referral source development, client acquisition, social media management, marketing collateral development, website maintenance and documenting all process changes and newly developed methods. The professional will also coordinate events and complete on-line market research. The right candidate must bring a lot of energy, a passion for serving kids, while being detail oriented, process driven, possess excellent communication skills, social media savvy, and a desire to build relationships with internal and external customers.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Evaluate and modify processes as a member of a collaborative Client Services Team.
  • Engage with internal and external resources to ensure development of referral sources and client acquisition.
  • Collect referral information via phone calls
  • Support all Client Services activities.
  • Promote professional development via social media and media outreach.
  • Develop marketing collateral
  • Manage website content and search engine optimization
  • Work with our professional staff to develop events designed to promote the company
  • Build the Butterfly Effects brand
  • Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
  • Exhibits significant energy and passion and can operate in a team orientated environment

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Search engine optimization
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Ability to work with graphic editing programs
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other data systems
  • Team player who thrives in an environment of excessive communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent thinker; problem solver
  • Strong phone etiquette and skill set

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but nor required.  Experience in ABA Therapy or working with Clients/Families of Clients with Autism Related Diagnoses helpful.
  • Two-years of work experience in a team environment. Previous experience in healthcare administration is a plus. Able to demonstrate a cultural fit.
  • Marketing experience
